Working with The Crown Estate we were involved in planning applications for the restaurant terraces and external furniture licenses prior to units being let. This included designing and procuring various mobile planters to visually match the building façade, specification of furniture and review fabric barrier and awning designs. We also designed mobile signage for the ground floor operators for improved brand exposure on Lower Regent Street.
