This has included setting guidelines for Broadgate Circle and tenant design management for 12 F&B units including Yauatcha, The Botanist, Aubaine and Jose Pizarro. We also tenant design managed Bob Bob Ricard’s new restaurant, Black Sheep Coffee and Bel Air in The Leadenhall Building.
Our ongoing involvement with this landlord has included various food & beverage design and management roles for prestigious central London locations including planning and licensing for tenant areas.

Working in association with an award winning creative agency, we have detailed and delivered on site over 30 locations for this kitchenware retailer. Locations have included major shopping centres, high streets included listed buildings and conservation areas, and the fitting out of their head office retail store in Windermere. Our role includes detailed design, project tender and evaluation, landlord and building regulation approvals, through to full on site management.
Working with an award winning creative agency, we delivered their concept of this concession in Selfridges shoe gallery. Our department store experience, our eye for detail and quality helped to realise the original concept to the required high standard. We worked with our lighting designer and quantity surveyor to deliver a successful project on time and within a very tight budget, working with many client direct items and challenging design details. The project included a bespoke carpet design, a trompe l’oeil wall, and detailed window treatment.
