This listed building was refurbished by AHMM Architects to include new restaurant and leisure units at ground level facing an internal atrium and facing Finsbury Avenue Square. We produced design guidelines managing the tenant design approvals on behalf of British Land working with the various building teams and consultants. Tenants included Everyman Cinema, Bar Douro and Farmer J.
