We were appointed by Nuveen working closely with their CGI consultant to produce indicative designs for 25 food and beverage units so these could be modelled up and included in their CGI’s. This included the cafe court, units in the mall and external facing. This became a leasing tool as this helped the CGI’s illustrate realistic potential opportunities for F&B operators.
