We are working with British Land on this interesting mixed use development consisting of heritage Victorian shopfronts, warehouses and various new buildings across multiple streets and passages. We have produced retail design guidelines to take into account an array of unique spaces working with the incoming street level retail and food & beverage tenants to manage and approve designs on behalf of the Landlord.
