A new retail and leisure destination in Islington, with two double height retail malls, and an external boulevard adjacent to the converted postal sorting office. We produced design guidelines managing the tenant design approvals on behalf of Cain International working with the various building teams and consultants. This included the new double height shopfronts, single storey retail and the heritage façade of the sorting office to include awnings and blade signs. Tenants include Arlo & Jacob, Megans, Borough Kitchen and APC.
