Working with British Land on the first phases to assist with delivery of the retail spaces. We produced design guidelines managing the tenant design approvals on behalf of British Land working with the various building teams and consultants. This includes putting in place the full approval process from conception to opening and managing every stage of the tenant’s fit-out. This includes the opening of the winery by Vagabond.
