Designed by AHMM continuing the double level retail from the adjacent 100 Liverpool Street building. We worked with the architects and the CGI company to assist with the flythrough and visuals for the final retail spaces. We also produced design guidelines to assist managing the tenant design approvals on behalf of British Land working with the various building teams and consultants. 30 units which includes Ralph Lauren Polo, Luca Faloni, Mango, Molton Brown and Boots Fragrance.
